Due to the nature of the product, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. Because most of the books will be personalized, there is no way to resell them once they have been altered. Once purchased, all sales are final. No returns on any products.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is configured by distance and weight. Books are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow 5-10 business days for DupeDuo product's arrival. Products are shipped Monday - Friday.
